La historia invisible — film screening

The second film screening in our spring 2024 series. Snacks will be served, and space may be limited. The protagonists of this documentary are the descendants of the indigenous peoples who were subjected to the Argentine state’s campaign of forced eviction and extermination during the 19^th century. By portraying their attempt to reconstruct their identity and cultural heritage, the film invites viewers to reckon with history and reflect on how the violence of the past affects the present.
